We have disabled the ‘default’ address feature in cPanel in order to protect against spam dictionary attacks. These types of attacks can consume large amounts of processing power and can potentially impact the quality of service on a given server. Instead, we recommend setting up forwarders for any email addresses at which you might receive the emails. 

This can be done in cPanel by following these steps: https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/cpanel/cpanel-mail-features/e-mail-forwarders If this is not a possibility, we can still set up a default account for you. If you wish to proceed with enabling catchall, please let us know.
